Here’s how we work together

This isn’t just a DIY program that gathers dust on your hard drive 🙂 It’s a REAL life journey with REAL support! We’ll take it one step at a time with simple tools, honest check-ins, and steady encouragement.

Reset

Yay a fresh start! We’ll begin with with a simple, structured plan to help you feel better fast.Some meals are provided to take the guesswork out of it. Most clients notice more energy, better sleep, and less inflammation in just a week.We’ll stay in this phase as long as you need to feel steady, supported, and ready for what’s next.

 

Transition

When you’re ready, we gradually shift off the provided meals and reintroduce more whole foods while paying attention to how your body feels and what works for you. You’ll learn to incorporate more lean + green meals and other protein sources every 2-3 hours plus hydration, all while maintaining your achieved goal weight, energy level, and overall health. 

Thrive

We keep building on the habits you’ve created—fueling your body well, moving in ways that feel good, and adjusting things as your life evolves. We hit our protein targets of ~1g per pound of body weight each day. We continue our Essential Amino Acids for muscle retention and repair as we move our bodies and focus on strength.
